Abstract Submission Guidelines – HAI Conclave 2026
General Instructions
- All abstracts must be submitted in English.
- The abstract should contain 250–300 words and be written as a single cohesive paragraph.
- Abstracts must be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
Content Requirements
The abstract should clearly include:
- Background of the study
- Aim/Objectives
- Methodology
- Key Findings/Results
- Conclusion
Only original research work will be considered for review.
Formatting Instructions
- The title, author names, and institutional affiliations should be centre-aligned.
- The presenting author’s name must be underlined.
Submission Process
- Abstracts must be submitted only through the official abstract submission portal available on the conference website.
- A confirmation and acceptance acknowledgment email will be sent after the review process.
Important Note
Abstracts that do not comply with the prescribed formatting and content guidelines will not be considered for review.
Abstract Evaluation Process – HAI Conclave 2026
1. Submission
Authors must submit their abstracts through the official HAI Conclave submission portal.
2. Double-Blind Peer Review
All submitted abstracts will undergo a strict double-blind peer review process conducted by subject experts approximately two weeks prior to the conference.
3. Revisions (If Required)
If revisions are suggested by reviewers, authors will be given one week to revise and resubmit the abstract.
4. Reviewer Feedback
In case of rejection, constructive reviewer feedback may be shared to support and improve future submissions.
